LARGE WORK AREA

If you require a large work area to handle large- and medium-sized pieces, this is the CAMFive you need. Thanks to this machine’s large cabinet space, you can work with large-sized sheets. It is high-performance, being created under CNC standards and manufacturing processes for minimum parts wear over the years. It offers a stable, precise drive system with a German displacement axle and precise, rapid Steep-Japanese driving motors. The optical system has a German lens, optimized for perfect, precise contact with materials; the 80-watt CO2 laser tube with its digital control guarantees work quality and speed in its different applications.

There is the option of having more powerful tubes (100W, 120W or 150W) installed upon request, to cut and engrave more deeply.

LASER STRENGTH:

Two 80-Watt CO2 sealed laser tubes for cutting and engraving both the most resistant materials as well as the most delicate ones. It is easy to replace and much more economical than recycling rechargeables, which lose precision over time.

CONTROL SOFTWARE AND INTERFACE:

Software is included with no additional cost. It is easy to use and can be connected to the PC. With simple steps it gives measurement and strength parameters for designs to achieve the desired results. It can be installed easily with the included CD.

FORMATS SUPPORTED BY THE SOFTWARE:

It supports practically all standard design formats: bmp, gif, jpg, pcx, cad, tga, tiff, plt, cdr, dmg, dxf and dst.

WORK TIME DURATION:

This is industrial equipment and thanks to the CNC standards included in the manufacturing process, guarantees maximum stability and minimum parts wear over the years. It can work 24 hours straight and only needs to be shut down for its regular weekly, bimonthly or monthly maintenance, depending on use and materials worked on.

DRIVE:

It has a simple, fast, very precise drive because of its displacement system on a German-made steel axis and Japanese driving motors controlled electronically by a computerized driver.

OPTICAL LENS:

The machine has a German optical lens which optimally focuses the adjustable beam of light on materials, thus achieving a fine cut or a deep engraving, depending on your requirements. We have lenses of different sizes, depending on the materials to be handled and specific requirements.

COOLING:

It has cooling systems, with a simple, efficient, low-maintenance water recycling system. The machine includes an appropriate container and a small motor with low energy requirements that circulates the water.

SMOKE AND GAS EXTRACTION:

To channel the small amount of gas and smoke generated upon handling different materials, the machine comes equipped with an extraction system for smoke and gas, and a 157.48 Inches (4 meters) adjustable ventilation duct to be used when the machine is installed in a small, enclosed area.

PANEL:

An easy-to-use, LCD-type, multilingual panel is included.

WARRANTY:
